What happens when you delete your account

We want to be transparent about the deletion process. Please read the following carefully before proceeding.

Permanently deleted

  • Your name, email, and password
  • Date of birth and country
  • Mobile phone number
  • Saved flights and trips
  • Wishlist and basket items
  • Authentication tokens and sessions

Temporarily retained

  • Server logs (up to 90 days)
  • Transaction records if required by law
  • Anonymised, aggregated usage data
  • Data needed for fraud prevention

Processing timeline

Immediately — you will be signed out and lose access to your account
Within 7 days — your personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems
Within 30 days — encrypted backups containing your data will be purged

This action cannot be undone

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use TARA! again. Any active orders or reservations should be resolved before requesting deletion.
